Willie D Calls Steve Harvey a "Coon" for Meeting with Donald Trump

Never one to hold his tongue, Willie D posted a photo of a raccoon photoshopped with Steve Harvey’s face after Harvey met with President-Elect Donald Trump.  Fellow “Kings of Comedy” comedian DL Hughley also criticized Harvey for meeting with Trump.  Last year, Willie D dropped a music video for his song “Coon II” where he called out Steve Harvey along with Michael Jordan and Ben Carson, who was recently nominated by Trump as the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

YG Offers to Perform "Fu** Donald Trump" at His Inauguration for $4 Million

After multiple artists like 2 Chainz, Flo Rida and Jennifer Holliday had turned down invitations from Donald Trump to perform at his inauguration, YG announced on Twitter that he would play his infamous song “Fuck Donald Trump” for the bargain price of only $4 million.  We’re not sure if Nipsey Hussle’s verse will be included in that price tag. Check out the tweet in the slideshow above.

Snoop recently dared any “Uncle Tom” artist to perform at Trump’s inauguration.  So far, none have taken the challenge.

Steve Harvey Says His Wife Won't Let Him Attend Trump's Inauguration

One day after he surprised Donald Trump’s critics by attending a closed door meeting with the him, Steve Harvey stated that he will not be attending the President-elect’s inauguration. The reason, Harvey says, is that his wife won’t have it, not three days after the popular entertainer’s birthday.

“I’ll be turning 60 on Tuesday and my wife is taking me far away,” Harvey told reporters on Saturday, January 14. “So I won’t be at anybody’s inauguration because my wife said ‘no’.”

Speculation surrounding next Friday’s grand event, billed “Making America Great Again! Welcome Celebration,” has only intensified as the days count down. With each day a new celebrity has come forward to openly declare that they have turned down an invitation to attend, with Jennifer Holliday rescinding on her willingness to perform one day after confirming, on Saturday morning. Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz posted a video on Instagram on Friday to share that he too has been contacted, and kindly declined. They join a growing list of A-list stars who wish to avoid affiliation with the “Make America Great Again” ceremony theme.

New Music: Wizkid feat. Drake – ‘Hush Up the Silence’

After the monumental success of “One Dance,” Wizkid and Drake team up once again on their dance-ready collaboration “Hush Up the Silence.”

Much like “One Dance,” “Hush” begs for dutty-wining in the tropics. Meanwhile, Wiz makes his nickname known.

“Starboy, call me number one,” he sings. “When my tune drop, the girls, they bounce along / Me no like nothing come between me and me paper.”

Drizzy joins in on the third verse, singing about drama and jealousy. “Too mixed up in drama to go outside,” he sings. “Too mixed up in drama to free my mind / Jealous people around me, I need to change my life / I just turn colder every time I try.”

In October, Wiz warned fans about the collaboration. “6god x Real Starboy about to school everybody,” he tweeted.

Since then, Wiz has teased upcoming collaborations with Ty Dolla $ign and DJ Mustard. “Me and the brudda Ty made more bangers with DJ Mustard,” he wrote. “2017 will be a special one!!”

Police Called to Paula Patton’s Home After Robin Thicke Custody Dispute

Nearly three years after their high-profile divorce, Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are in a contentious custody battle over their six-year-old son, Julian. Now, that fight includes a video involving the police.

On Friday (Jan. 13), Thicke brought sheriff’s deputies to Patton’s home, saying she was violating their custody order by keeping their son away from him. Deputies spoke with Julian, who said he was scared of his father and didn’t wish to be with him. Thicke was then turned away and not allowed to take Julian home. A video of the incident was released by TMZ.

Recently, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services launched an investigation into Thicke due to allegations that he’d been using excessive corporal punishment on Julian.

On Thursday (Jan. 12), Thicke won a battle in court when a judge said he would not be limited to monitored daytime visits. Afterwards, he reportedly wanted to take his son for the night, which he’s allowed to do. However, Patton allegedly did not respond to his calls, so Thicke brought deputies to her home on Friday. However, as seen in the video, police refuse to take Julian against his will.

At least one insider says Thicke and Patton are working on finding “some middle ground” for this issue.

Paula filed for divorce from Robin in 2014 due to irreconcilable differences. The actress asked for joint legal and physical custody of their then-four-year-old child. In an interview with Hot 97, Thicke opened up about the separation.

“We’re apart because we just couldn’t be together anymore for a while. There’s a hundred different reasons. There isn’t just one,” he said. “She’s the best girl in the world, a great mother and still a good friend. I also want to wish her well and let her know that she’s a great person and she deserves to have a good life.”

New Music: Fabolous & Jadakiss feat. Tory Lanez – ‘Rapture’

Fabolous and Jadakiss have transformed into Freddy vs. Jason.

On Friday the 13th, the frightening duo dropped “Rapture,” the Tory Lanez-assisted single off their long-awaited joint EP, set to arrive this year.

With Tory on the hook, Fab kicks things off over Vinylz and Cam Obi’s hard-hitting production, which samples Anita Baker’s 1986 classic “Caught Up in the Rapture.” “Caught up in the rapture of love,” he raps. “Rock the 7s in Toronto, show the Raptors some love / Take a picture with my ni**as, try to capture the love / We from the bottom, but we trying to adapt to above.”

After his trademark laugh, J to the Muah carries this theme over. “Caught up in the rapture of love,” he rhymes. “From where they shoot it out, slap box, and scrap with the thugs / Went through all different cities on the map with the drugs / Instead of re-ing up, we just came back with the plugs.”

Along with the new track, Freddy and Jason also dropped a fear-inducing trailer for their joint project. It’s a blend of Blair Witch Project, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and Friday the 13th. Viewers see a young woman running for her life, only to be disappointed, in tears, and haunted by a familiar yet frightening tune.

After teaming up several times throughout the years, Fab and ‘Kiss have joined forces as Freddy vs. Jason. In October, Lenny “Kodak Lens” Santiago, Senior Vice President of Roc Nation, told fans to prepare for the joint project. “Be excited about Fabolous and Jadakiss and what they’ve been talking about for months,” he told Rap-Up.
