2 Chainz Taps Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande for ‘Rap or Go to the League’

Just hours before it drops, 2 Chainz has revealed the star-studded tracklisting for his new album Rap or Go to the League.

ATL’s trap MVP drafts an all-star team of players for his fifth project. A&R’d by LeBron James, the 14-track set boasts appearances from Kendrick Lamar and Ariana Grande, plus Travis Scott, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Kodak Black, and more.

Rap or Go to the League marks 2 Chainz’s first album since 2017’s Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. “It’s been quite the journey to get here and I know I’ve kept y’all waiting long enough,” he said. “All night studio sessions, dialing in, reflecting & opening up on these records or as I call it therapy! This is my each one teach one body of work, I wanna celebrate black excellence!”

BlocBoy JB Arrested on Drug and Gun Charges

BlocBoy JB is behind bars in Tennessee after being arrested on multiple charges.

The Memphis rapper, whose real name is James Baker, turned himself in to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday morning (Feb. 28). He was wanted on warrants including theft of property under $1,000, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

Authorities have been trying to locate him since Feb. 16 when they put out an alert on him. BlocBoy was active on social media and had posted several videos on Instagram before surrendering.

“James Baker surrendered to authorities this morning,” tweeted the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. “Thanks to all who helped us by sharing this post!”

In January, BlocBoy filed a lawsuit against the makers of the video game Fortnite, alleging his popular “Shoot” dance was used without permission.

When it comes to family, Hopsin just wants the old thing back.

In the emotional video inspired by his former love, Hopsin visits his ex and admits his wrongdoings and desire for reconciliation. As they make amends, Hopsin snaps back to reality alone in his living room.

Prior to the release, he took to his Instagram handle to explain the the tainted relationship and also revealed he has yet to meet their 2 year-old son.
