New Music: Rich the Kid feat. Chris Brown – ‘Drippin’

Rich the Kid and Chris Brown are “Drippin” in finesse. The duo caters to the ladies on their collaboration off Rich’s freshly-released debut album, The World Is Yours.

Over hypnotic production from Lab Cook, Rich the Kid brags about his whips, women, and more. “All my cars, all my broads, they exotic,” he raps. “Pussy drippin’, I might take her to the tropics / If she bad I might fuck her in ‘Rari / That’s your girl? I am not sorry.”

Breezy lends a hand on the chorus and follows up with a second verse. “I’m icy than a bitch, I’m freezin’ bad,” he sing-raps. “All of these hundreds, baby, I know you need ’em bad / And it don’t matter if I lose it, I get it right back.”

“Drippin” appears on Rich the Kid’s debut album The World Is Yours. The star-studded LP also features Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Future, Rick Ross, Quavo, Offset, and more.

The song is also a taste of what’s to come. Rich and Chris are joining forces once again on “The Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour.” Also featuring 6LACK and H.E.R., the trek is set to run from June 19 in Seattle through Aug. 4 in Las Vegas.

Iggy Azalea Says Quavo Was the Only Rapper Who Supported Her

Iggy Azalea and Quavo collaborated on “Savior,” but the Australian rapper says that the Migos star was also a savior in other ways. Speaking with Billboard, I-G-G-Y revealed that he was one of three stars who didn’t abandon her when times got rough.

“If I’m being honest, the only people who have been there for me are Quavo, Kesha, and Demi [Lovato],” she explained. “And everyone else has pretty much acted like I don’t exist.”

Skeptics claimed Quavo only joined “Savior” as a money grab, but Iggy says that’s far from true. “He gains nothing for being on the song,” she said. “Everybody’s probably just like, ‘Oh, but she sucks,’ or ‘Oh, he just did it for money.’ No, he hit me up and we sent music back and forth, and he wanted to do that song.”

Earlier this year, Quavo spoke about the collaboration on “The Breakfast Club.” “Quavo making music,” he said. “They like the wave. We the wave.”

During the interview, Iggy also spoke about leaving Def Jam. “They were being very supportive and doing the best that they could do. But creatively, I don’t think we were able to understand what it was that I was trying to do moving forward, and I felt a little bit like what they would’ve loved to do is recreate The New Classic,” she added. “The only pressure was to keep making pop music when I wanted to get back [to] recording. I said, ‘I don’t want to make pop music.’ I remember sitting there saying to somebody with the label, whose name I won’t mention, ‘I don’t want to make music for your 10-year-old daughter anymore.’”

Surviving the Summer is due later this year.

Tyga Stunts in Maybach and Bugatti Amid Rent Scandal

Tyga might not be paying his rent, but he’s still rolling in style. The Bugatti Raww rapper is driving around Los Angeles in a new orange Bugatti.

Fans spotted King Gold Chains on the 101 freeway in L.A. on Friday (March 30). They noticed him, started filming, and appeared to catch him using his phone while driving, as seen on TMZ.

T-Raww has been stuntin’ on the ‘Gram. Aside from his orange Bugatti, Tyga recently posted a photo of himself in a new Mercedes-Maybach. He also filmed himself with DJ Khaled’s “Top Off” as his soundtrack.

The new rides may surprise some readers. After all, Simon Cowell’s ex-fiancée just sued Tyga for failing to pay rent on her $40,000/month Beverly Hills pad. Tyga reportedly put his 5-year-old son King Cairo on the lease. Thus, the lawsuit names the child as well.

Tyga’s legal troubles have exacerbated due to Instagram in the past. In 2016, jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills took the rapper to court over a $200,000 judgment. At the time, he asked how Tyga could afford to buy his then-girlfriend Kylie Jenner a Maybach if he couldn’t repay the $200,000 he owed. Tyga reportedly became ill when the subject came up and the hearing was rescheduled.

New Music: Migos – ‘F**king Up Profits’

Hot off the “Walk It Talk It” video, Migos keeps “Fucking Up Profits.” The trio gets the bag on their new money-making anthem, which was released as part of Birdman’s Before Anythang: The Cash Money Story soundtrack.

Over trap-soaked production from Budah Bless, Quavo kicks things off with the chorus. Rhyming about flooded watches, and stuntin’ on haters, Ratatouille delivers a warning to other MCs. “I rap the best, don’t cut it,” he raps. “Gotta make the fiends love it.”

Following his trademark name ad-lib, Offset comes in with a strong statement about the rap game. “Everybody claim they the goat, but these ni**as the sheep,” he raps, while Takeoff adds, “I can’t go outside, the gang and family need me.”

Before Anythang premiered last month via Apple Music and two additional installments are set to follow. “Fucking Up Profits” is a cut off the documentary’s soundtrack, which also features Young Thug, Gucci Mane, and Snoop Dogg.
